A Time for Activism!

Hello World! This is the beginning of our site – atimeforactivism.org.

This site will list a wide range of causes in which we intend to be major players.

The first cause that we are addressing is the infringement, by many of the United States, upon the right granted to us, USA citizens, by the Second Amendment of our Constitution. This Amendment plays a critical role in self-defense and since few other things matter if you aren’t alive to worry about them, this seems like a logical first cause to address.

To focus on this issue, we have created righttobear.org. Right to Bear Arms (and also A Time for Activism) was founded on Father’s Day 2009. It is a site that particularly has fathers in mind since, traditionally, they are looked upon to defend their families.

However, the anti-”gun choice” movement has successfully infringed upon this right without our Congress taking action to give them this authority. The fact is, most of the guns used for crime are not acquired by jumping through the hoops created by our legislatures… we’ll save the debate for the other site.

Note that this is just the first cause we are going to address. A list will be added to this site soon that will show where we’re headed – even before we are active in those areas.
